This was such a fun brief to create. My client wanted to feel as though she was in a glamorous New York City loft. Once again keeping the concrete walls, we added VJ ceilings, timber look floors, black cabinetry and an Italian hand made aqua and bronze splashback to the kitchen. We opted for oversized pieces of furniture to have more of an impact in such a small space. I selected a beautiful recycled timber table, charcoal linen chairs and a hand finished leather sofa, as well as a hand carved timber sideboard and industrial lights. Those privileged to stay in the Noosa Industrial Centre apartment have all commented on the luxe yet warm feeling embodied within the small space.
