Bokarina Home

Working with my lovely clients, we completely redesigned a beachfront 1980s, very dated home that they had rented out for many years. My client loved the Hamptons Style and we decided to make it a coastal Hamptons theme.

The home was brick veneer, so we completely cladded the home which we painted in a soft grey and trimmed with white features. The home originally had a three-car garage so I redesigned one garage into a mudroom and a study whilst still keeping a two-car garage.

We closed off doors, squared up rooms and moved the kitchen position so that it opened up to the family/dining room. We then selected all the new finishes from flooring, adding VJ walls, plumbing, appliances, tiling, cabinetry, lighting and more.

My client had existing artwork and furniture and working around her precious pieces, I selected another layer of furniture and accessories to compliment her home.

We also transformed the garden adding a new front fence whilst incorporating an entry portico. Working with a landscaper, we redesigned the layout of the garden and selected all the plants and finishes to bring this gorgeous home to life.

The clients were thinking that this may be a transitional home for a year or two but are so happy with the end result that they are staying.
